All products purchased from www.msecrets.co can be exchanged within 24 to 48 hours or 1 – 2 days only if the following conditions are met:

In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to MSecrets within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt, MSecrets shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the invoice. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at mohagnicustomercare1@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp at +92326-8330874 within 15 days of purchase before any claims can be processed. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Anything is missing from the package, including price tags and labels. MSEcrets does not offer a “cash refund” or “money back guarantee" on purchased items. The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

The product is damaged because of use. The product has been tampered with. A “refund” may only be issued if:

The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc., and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer. MSEcrets has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as the item being out of stock or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
